I agree they are are trans men’s issues and that trans men’s inclusion is very important. That’s why I want to use language that includes trans men and AFAB NBs without excluding women. It’s not really a scarcity mindset, because what I have actually seen is people telling women not to talk openly and honestly about their bodies in an attempt to avoid hurting other people. Also as mentioned before, it’s an issue of clarity. Non-native English speakers, women with limited knowledge of medical terminology or anatomy are less likely to know “cervix-haver” refers to them.
I also reject the term white feminism in reference to anything I’ve written above. The issues of prisons and shelters particularly affects lower income women or WOC, much more than wealthy white women.
